Windy & Worth It

We’ve played all the games.

We’ve sat inside.

We’ve sat outside.

We’ve run around the yard.

We’ve made all the sweets and treats.

We’ve talked and listened.

We’ve laughed and cried.

We’ve moved on to the glorious deliciousness that is roasting all of the vegetables.

We’ve reminded ourselves of just how incredible ice-cold, freshly-blended smoothies taste.

We’ve needed to find a way to get outside more, while still following those rules.

So, we’re looking for the pockets of the city, that we can still safely feel free, and we’ve found some. Ocean Beach when it’s cold. The area around the Polo Field in Golden Gate Park. And the newest one: ak discovered that Twin Peaks is closed to car traffic, so you can walk or bike up, and there is ample: space, views, wildlife, plants, and WIND.

It’s absolutely worth the case of dry eye I’m going to have for the next week. If you can, I highly suggest getting out and up, and checking it out for yourself.
